On scope. After the first call you receive a written proposal with a fixed price and timeline. Nothing is billed until you approve it, and the price doesn't change once agreed.

Your existing business number, through the official WhatsApp Business platform, so there's no risk of the number being blocked.

Usually not. Most projects run on the CCTV you already have. If camera placement or resolution isn't enough for a specific use case, we tell you before quoting.
